WARRANTY

TRAVEL BAGS COOLERS AND ACCESSORIES
Travel Bags, Golf Bags, Coolers and accessories carry a 1 year warranty from the original purchase date. During the 1 year warranty period CaddyDaddy will repair or replace products with manufacturing defects. Travel bags are covered by straight forward 1 year replacement guarantee. In the rare occurrence that a
CaddyDaddy travel bag is damaged (within the first year of original ownership / two years on First Class) we will send a brand new replacement bag at no cost to the customer. Returns will only be accepted with valid RA # issued by CaddyDaddy. For customer service assistance please reach out to us at cs@caddydaddygolf.com.

WARRANTY DOES NOT TRANSFER:
1 year replacement warranty applies to new orders from authorized resellers only.  Ebay purchases from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

TRAVEL BAG WARRANTY:
If you need warranty assistance for an airline damaged travel bag, please email our customer service team at cs@caddydaddygolf.com with the following information:

- Screenshot of your original order
- Picture of the damage
- Current shipping address

GLOVES
CaddyDaddy Golf Gloves are warranted against material
defects and/or workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage is only permitted with original receipt of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or improper care are not covered under the 60 day warranty.

GOLF BAGS

CaddyDaddy provides a 1-year non-transferrable warranty from the date of purchase on all golf bags (purchased from authorized resellers). The 1-year warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects and/or workmanship outside of typical wear and tear. Typical wear and tear may include but not limited to fading, scuffs, scrapes or discoloration.  

Products deliberately damaged are not covered.

Products available at CaddyDaddygolf.com carry a 30 day money back guarantee. We will gladly give a store credit or refund the purchase price of any NEW item if you are not completely satisfied. CaddyDaddy Golf cannot be responsible for shipping charges incurred. Shipping costs will be subtracted from purchase price refunds on items that fall under free shipping promotions. Closeout or Special Buy items are as described and do not fall under 30 day money back offer. Warranty applies to NEW items only. Return Authorization number (RA) required on returned merchandise.
